• Book any two workshops and receive two £5 vouchers to be spent on the day of your course. We have themed the workshop days, so you may like to book a full day of felting or spinning etc, or mix and match and book any combination of two courses. You will receive the vouchers when you arrive to begin the classes and they need to be spent on that day here in the Texere millshop (no change will be given). If one class is cancelled you will still receive one £5 voucher. The two courses must be booked under the same name and must be different from each other (i.e. one customer cannot book two places on the same course, for herself and a friend), in order to receive the vouchers.

 

• All courses run from 10am until 12:45pm or 1:15pm until 4pm (unless otherwise stated).

 

• Places limited to 12 per course (unless otherwise stated).

 

• All courses are for adults over the age of 16.

 

• Free tea and coffee will be provided throughout the day.

 

• All prices listed include the basic materials to complete the course. We may ask you to bring extra items, such as plant sprays and towels for feltmaking etc, but will give you plenty of notice about these.

 

• On each of the workshops we have listed what is included in the fee and what we would like you to bring as extras. These extra items aren’t crucial, but if you have them at home and would like to incorporate them into your work, rather than buying from us, please bring them along. They are usually items from your stash such as scraps of yarn, fabric, fibre and beads and are clearly stated against each course.

 

• You may also have fabrics or yarn at home that you’ve never got round to using, or don’t know what to do with them. Why not bring them along and the tutors will give you advice as to how they can be incorporated into your pieces of work.

 

• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Texere Tribe bookings will be redirected to the Texere Yarns website, where you will be able to add your workshop to the shopping basket and then pay safely through SagePay – at the same time as ordering yarn if you wish! You can pay by debit or credit card or PayPal. If you would like to pay by cheque please call us to reserve your place and your cheque must arrive within 7 days of making the booking, otherwise the booking will be cancelled.

 

• Bookings can also be made by phone for payment by any major credit or debit card (except Amex). Once booked and paid for, course fees are non-refundable but we will allow you to transfer your place to another person if you are unable to attend.

 

• If we are forced to cancel a course we will endeavour to re-schedule. If the revised date is not acceptable to you we will offer to transfer you to an alternative course or give a full refund. Texere cannot accept responsibility for any charges incurred for travel and accommodation when a course is cancelled.

 

• IMPORTANT NOTE: Yahoo!, Hotmail, gmail, AOL and most other free email providers, are using overly strong spam-blocking filters that will most probably stop you from receiving any emails from us.Unless you set up your spam filters to allow emails from us, i.e “@texere.co.uk” & “@texeretribe.co.uk” domains, we can NOT guarantee you will receive an email back from us.
  We, unless you have actioned the above, will not accept any responsibility for loss on your part, resulting from our communication to you, not reaching you because of a third party’s actions.
